These Terms govern your access to and use of PostAgent. By registering an account or using any feature, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 16 years old to use PostAgent and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree not to use PostAgent to publish spam, misleading, defamatory, illegal, malicious, or impersonating content, violate platform terms, bypass rate limits, or scrape data without authorization.
PostAgent uses AI to generate content based on your inputs. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published. You retain ownership of content you create using PostAgent.
When you connect a social media account, you authorize PostAgent to act as your agent within granted permissions. You are responsible for compliance with each platform’s terms and policies.
PostAgent offers a Free plan and paid plans billed monthly. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The PostAgent platform, including its design, code, and Brand Brain technology, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the service without written consent.
PostAgent is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that AI-generated content will meet every requirement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostAgent is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Upon termination, data is deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated before taking effect. Continued use means acceptance of revised Terms.
