PostAgent (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Account data: name, email address, and hashed password when you register.
Social account tokens: OAuth tokens for connected platforms such as LinkedIn, X, and Facebook. These are encrypted at rest and only used to publish content on your behalf.
Content data: posts, drafts, Brand Brain profiles, and approved content you create or import.
Usage data: pages visited, features used, and error logs collected to improve the product.
API keys: if you connect your own OpenAI, Gemini, or Claude API key, it is stored encrypted and never shared.
We use your data solely to provide and improve PostAgent.
• Authenticate you and manage your account
• Generate and publish social media content on your behalf
• Train your personal Brand Brain for your account only
• Send transactional emails such as receipts and password resets
• Analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve features
We share data only with service providers needed to operate PostAgent, such as database hosting, job queues, AI providers, email delivery, and application hosting. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
We retain your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, personal data, connected tokens, Brand Brain profiles, and post history are permanently deleted within 30 days.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact hello@postagent.social.
We use essential cookies for session authentication, locale preference, and theme preference. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Data in transit is encrypted via TLS. OAuth tokens and API keys are encrypted at rest. We follow common security practices and conduct dependency audits.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before taking effect.
